Soldering QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) packages by hand is challenging but achievable with the right tools and technique.

Tools You Need:
- Hot air rework station with fine nozzle
- Liquid flux and fine-tip tweezers
- Solder paste for best results
- Isopropyl alcohol for cleanup

Method:
1. Apply flux to the PCB pads.
2. Place the QFN accurately using tweezers.
3. Apply hot air at 350C, medium airflow, from 2cm above.
4. Move nozzle in circular motion to heat evenly.
5. Solder paste melts and the chip settles.
6. Let cool, then clean with alcohol.

Tips: Plenty of flux. Do not overheat. Inspect joints under magnification.
